The Payne-Corley House is located in Duluth, Georgia, and has been host to thousands of weddings and special events over the past 20 years.  

Originally built in 1873 this restored farmhouse has been lovingly maintained to offer the best combination of Southern charm and modern amenities.  Our warm and gracious services give you a romantically historic sense of place to host any event you can imagine.

The gardens and home have been interwoven to offer a variety of indoor and outdoor options for your next special occasion.   While we host a variety of private events including social gatherings and corporate events, weddings are our specialty.  The Payne-Corley House can comfortably accommodate large events but is also perfect for a more intimate gathering.
