New Year, New Menus

Executive Chef and Owner Michael Ganley has recently updated our menus and made some wonderful changes to our Strolling Reception Menu.  The new menus offer a more interactive experience for your guests with more Chef Attended Action Stations to select from.  

Each menu will include several Displayed Items, such as the Imported and Domestic Cheeses and the Creole Crab and Shrimp Bake along with Three Action Stations.  Some of our new Specialty Stations include:

~ Dim Sum Station with Pork and Scallion Dumplings and Veggie Pot Stickers

~ Mac & Cheese Station with Creamy Mac & Cheese, Buffalo Chicken, Pulled Pork, Shredded Cheese, Sauteed Peppers & Onions

~ Braised Beef Sliders with Crispy Fried Onions and Pickles, Yellow Mustard
