Our Executive Chef and owner, Michael Ganley, is a classically trained chef in the European style with more than 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality and restaurant industry. In addition to overseeing the Payne-Corley kitchen and chef’s herb garden, Michael runs our critically acclaimed sister restaurant, Park Café, which is located just blocks away in the heart of historic downtown Duluth.
